Behavioral Mental Health & Wellness PC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team on a full-time basis in a remote capacity. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Despite being remote, our team remains connected through regular video conferences, collaborative online platforms, and continuous support from management. You will work from home while also having the opportunity to use our outpatient office as needed for specific client meetings or team activities.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and intake evaluations to develop personalized therapy strategies for clients.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the individual needs of clients, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions for clients, focusing on topics relevant to their struggles and goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care and develop treatment plans that address the diverse needs of patients.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal guidelines and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and conferences to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health research and trends.

Our patient population includes individuals facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship issues. Your role will be crucial in understanding the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client, fostering effective therapeutic relationships that encourage healing and growth.

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical context.
• Strong understanding of mental health laws and ethical guidelines.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
• Proficient in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related documentation tools.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment.
• Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid work setting.

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on your experience and caseload. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
