Job Tittle: MSP Program Coordinator

Remote – Candidates must reside in: AZ, FL, GA, ID, IA, KY, MI, MS, NE, NM, NY (outside Greater NYC), OH, SC, TX, UT, WA (outside Greater Seattle), or WI state.

Shift Timing: 8:30am 5:00pm local time

Pay Range: $30.02 - $32.04

Duration: 6+ months

 

Job Description:

·       High Volume MSP Program

·       MUST HAVE recent Beeline experience, specifically SOW module.

·       The MSP Program Coordinator supports the administration and operational execution of a Managed Service Provider (MSP) program for Statement of Work management, This role acts as the liaison between hiring managers, staffing suppliers, HR, procurement, and finance to ensure timely operational processing, onboarding, compliance tracking, and reporting within the Vendor Management System (VMS).

·       The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, customer-focused, and experienced in fast-paced staffing or workforce management environments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage and monitor all SOW activity within the VMS (Beeline) – including new SOW submission, SOW amendments, SOW extensions, SOW resource onboarding activities & review, contract review, contract execution via Docusign, and other related tasks.

·       Act as the primary point of contact for SOW program.

·       Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including background checks and documentation

·       Track SOW extensions, assignment end dates, and other associated key project support

·       Assist with financial monitoring related to billing activities, project budget, pending approvals, and other related tasks

·       Maintain accurate reporting dashboards and workforce analytics

·       Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and cost savings

 

Must Have Requirements:

·       Previous MSP experience (contingent workforce management and operational support)

·       Recent Experience with Vendor Management System (VMS), Beeline (experience the last 6 months to quality)

·       Recent Experience with Beeline's SOW module (experience the last 6 months to quality)

·       2+ years of experience with Statement of Work (SOW) & Vendor contracting

·       Strategic Sourcing experience

·       Experience with Vendor performance management

·       Reporting & Dashboard experience (i.e., proficient in Excel & Power BI, experience developing and building Vendor performance scorecards, cost savings reporting).

 

Required Qualifications

·       2+ years of experience in MSP, staffing, RPO, HR operations, or contingent workforce programs

·       Strong knowledge of contingent labor compliance and classification standards

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

·       High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

·       Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools

·       Familiarity with SOW-based project management

 

Preferred Qualifications

·       Experience supporting enterprise-level workforce programs

·       Understanding of rate card management and bill rate negotiations

·       Experience in healthcare, financial services, or large corporate environments

·       Experience with contract management/review

 

Required Education

·       High School or Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

 

Preferred Education

·       Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
