The Technical Program Delivery Director - Healthcare is accountable for end-to-end delivery leadership for a strategic enterprise healthcare customer, ensuring the successful execution of complex, high-risk programs aligned to business outcomes, contractual commitments, and organizational strategy.

The Technical Program Delivery Director - Healthcare serves as the single point of accountability for overall program performance, overseeing governance, financial outcomes, and executive stakeholder engagement while driving consistent, high-quality delivery across all workstreams.

The Technical Program Delivery Director - Healthcare provides program-level technical oversight across private cloud, infrastructure, and migration initiatives, ensuring solutions meet architecture, security, and regulatory standards. Operating within a highly regulated healthcare environment, this leader ensures programs deliver measurable business value while adapting to evolving customer priorities.

The Technical Program Delivery Director - Healthcare also carries full accountability for aligning delivery with U.S. healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and HITECH, as well as patient safety and clinical operational requirements, including proactive risk management in patient-critical environments. Additionally, the Director ensures the resilience and continuity of patient-critical systems through high availability design, downtime risk mitigation, and robust operational recovery planning.

  • Own and define the overallprogramvision, strategy, and delivery approach across multiple interdependent projects, including complex infrastructure and migration initiatives
  • Ensure full lifecycle ownership from initiation through delivery, migration execution, operational transition, and closure
  • Direct the development and approval of integratedprogramand project plans, incorporating technical delivery, dependencies, and sequencing across private cloud environments
  • Maintain alignment betweenprogramoutcomes and strategicobjectives, ensuring delivery across private cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and platform services

Financial & Commercial Management

  • Support commercial activities including bids, RFP responses, and vendor selection

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience delivering complex programs and/or managed services in enterprise environments
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, high-risk, multi-stream programs

  • Demonstrated expertise in data center infrastructure, private cloud, and hybrid cloud environments

The compensation range for this position ranges from $165,830.00/year in our lowest geographic market up to 243,141.80 USD/year in our highest geographic market.
