Growing California Law Firm is looking for a Jr level Attorney who can work remotely. It is a direct hire role which you can do remotely from anywhere in the State of California.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious entry level Attorney to join our legal team. As an Attorney, you will work closely with our senior attorneys and provide legal support in various areas of the business.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues

- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements

- Assist with contract negotiations and provide legal advice to business teams

- Monitor and ensure compliance with laws and regulations

- Handle legal correspondence and communicate with external parties

- Participate in meetings and provide legal guidance to senior attorneys

- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in laws and regulations

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal compliance in business operations

- Assist with any other legal matters as needed

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
