Job description

MDW Associates is seeking an experienced Appian Lead Application Developer to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) in the design, development, modernization, and sustainment of enterprise business applications built on the Appian Low-Code Platform. The Lead Application Developer serves as a senior developer for all Appian solutions, providing development oversight, mentoring, and hands-on implementation support across the full software development lifecycle.The ideal candidate possesses relevant Appian expertise, strong systems integration experience, and a proven ability to lead Agile development teams delivering mission-critical business applications. This position is fully remote with occasional travel required to support customer meetings, program reviews, or project activities (if applicable).
