As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for couples and families, considering their unique circumstances and needs.
• Providing therapy sessions both individually and for couples, addressing issues such as communication difficulties, grief and loss, and family conflicts.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to facilitate discussions around challenges like blended family dynamics, job-related stress, and mental health issues.
• Maintaining accurate records of therapy sessions and progress, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards in documentation.
• Engaging in regular team meetings to collaborate on patient care strategies and share insights with fellow clinicians.
• Pursuing ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay current with best practices in the field.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults. You will address a multitude of topics, such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse issues
• Psychological effects of physical abuse
• Family conflicts and communication breakdowns
• Adjustment challenges related to separation and divorce
• Support for grief and loss
• Stress and coping strategies for job-related issues

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
