Program Manager (Mortgage) | About You

As a Program Manager (Mortgage), you will lead complex, cross-functional programs that drive strategic initiatives, operational excellence, business transformation, and organizational growth. You will partner closely with business and technology leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, manage program execution, and ensure successful delivery of business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise, executive-level communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while leading enterprise-wide initiatives across multiple stakeholders and functions.

This position requires the ability to convert to a full-time employment with the client without requiring employer sponsorship, now or in the future. No C2C arrangements.

Program Manager (Mortgage) | Day-to-Day

  • Lead and manage enterprise-wide programs and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define program scope, implementation roadmaps, operating models, and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, resource needs, and governance activities.
