What You'll Do

  • Set up new students in Edmentum and schedule them to teachers and courses
  • Analyze transcripts and create Educational Development Plans (EDPs)
  • Manage the Admissions & Denial Process with clear, compassionate communication
  • Assign diagnostics, complete record requests, and support SIS data management
  • Process withdrawals and maintain accurate Gooru rostering
  • Generate report cards, progress reports, and course completions
  • Maintain the Potential Graduate List and oversee graduate processing
  • Prepare State Testing Letters, Enrollment Letters, and Legal Paperwork
  • Process work permits and support audit and compliance reporting
  • Multiple states: Communicate with families about scholarship opportunities, track timelines, coordinate payments, and guide families through the application process
  • Attend quarterly all-staff meetings, weekly team meetings, and professional development sessions

What You Bring

  • Knowledge of FERPA and experience with student/parent communication documentation
  • Strong organizational skills - you can juggle multiple student timelines without missing a beat
  • Comfort with virtual tools: Zoom, Bamboo, and similar platforms
  • Experience with Edmentum, Genius SIS, or Gooru (a big plus)
  • Familiarity with state compliance requirements for AZ, TN, or IN (preferred)
  • Background in virtual school enrollment, education administration, or student services
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset and a heart for student success
