Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of diverse clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional ethics throughout the therapeutic process.
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and goals.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' specific challenges and aspirations.
  • Engage clients in weekly individual therapy sessions, facilitating discussions around progress, emotional stability, and any adjustments needed in their treatment plans.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation for each client, ensuring all progress notes and treatment updates are current and comprehensive.
  • Participate actively in individual supervision sessions to reflect on practice and enhance professional development.
  • Collaborate with medical and behavioral health professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring comprehensive support for clients.
  • Adopt a growth mindset by staying informed about the latest developments in mental health counseling, integrating new techniques into practice as appropriate.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a varied outpatient population, including children, adults, and families. Your therapeutic approach will cater to individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. We focus on providing services in the least restrictive environment, ensuring that each client receives personalized attention that fosters their unique healing journey.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
  • Current and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) credentials.
  • A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting preferred.
  • Proficient in using computer systems, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and communication.
  • Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
  • Comfortable conducting thorough intake assessments and developing treatment plans based on findings.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with diverse age groups and a variety of mental health issues.
  • Previous involvement with interdisciplinary teams in a clinical setting.
  • Familiarity with community health resources and referral systems.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 75,000 to 90,000, structured around a Fee-for-Service model. Clinicians are compensated upfront with guaranteed rates, meaning you never have to wait for reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
