• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, taking into account their emotional, behavioral, and psychological needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans by setting clear therapeutic goals, tailored to meet individual client objectives and preferences.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy sessions, family counseling, and structured group therapy workshops.
• Continuously monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Provide necessary crisis intervention and support, ensuring client safety and emotional stabilization during critical situations.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and treatment plans, strictly adhering to ethical and legal standards of confidentiality.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about advancements in psychiatric practices and mental health research.

Your work will span a diverse population, including adults, adolescents, and families facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.

This position offers a competitive salary, ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
