As a fully telehealth-based service provider, we utilize advanced technology to ensure seamless communication and therapeutic engagement with our clients. Our telehealth platform allows you to conduct therapy sessions, participate in team meetings, and access ongoing training securely and efficiently, ensuring that you can focus on delivering exceptional care.

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, using evidence-based practices to address various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and adjustment disorders.
• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish tailored treatment plans that promote recovery and well-being.
• Facilitate supportive counseling, psychoeducation, and crisis intervention to assist clients in coping with immediate challenges.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure that all aspects of a client's well-being are addressed.
• Utilize electronic health record systems to document client interactions, treatment updates, and progress notes, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending training sessions, workshops, and supervision meetings, while remaining updated on current trends and best practices in mental health counseling.

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required for this role.
• An active, independent Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license issued by the state board in Pennsylvania.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain comprehensive clinical records and prepare pertinent reports.
• Proficient in collaborating within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to unified treatment approaches.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills based on a solid foundation of professional knowledge.
• Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds, demonstrating cultural competency in counseling practices.
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines in all aspects of practice.
• Flexibility to adapt counseling techniques and approaches based on evolving client needs and feedback.

• Previous experience providing telehealth counseling is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and specific therapeutic methodologies beneficial to veterans.
• Experience utilizing digital tools and systems for teletherapy and client management.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
