This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while integrating with our outpatient office in Mount Prospect. Your responsibilities as an LCPC will include:

• Conducting in-depth assessments and crafting individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, ensuring adaptable and effective treatment across diverse backgrounds.
• Implementing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy, while monitoring client progress and adjusting interventions as needed.
• Collaborating with peers and other healthcare providers to promote a holistic approach to client wellness, sharing insights and strategies to enhance care.
• Maintaining meticulous and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, to support accountability and client confidentiality.
• Engaging in continuous professional development, including workshops and training sessions, to remain informed about the latest research and advancements in the mental health field.
