Professional Liability Claims Counsel (JD Preferred) – Remote

Our client, a leading Third-Party Administrator (TPA) in professional liability claims, is seeking an experienced Claims Counsel/Adjuster to manage complex professional liability matters. This fully remote role is ideal for attorneys with claims or litigation experience who enjoy analyzing policy language, conducting investigations, and collaborating with counsel and clients to resolve claims.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage professional liability claims from first notice through resolution
  • Conduct investigations, review documents, and consult with experts
  • Analyze policy language and legal issues to determine coverage and liability
  • Draft coverage letters, status reports, and settlement recommendations
  • Collaborate with defense counsel, insureds, brokers, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate reserves and detailed claim files
