Senior Project Manager – ERP/SaaS Implementation
Location
Remote (US) – This role requires some traveling within USA cities, states, and Canada to meet with clients and project requirements. 
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise ERP and SaaS implementation projects from initiation through post-production support. The ideal candidate has progressed from a Business Analyst (BA) role into Project Management, bringing a strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management.
This role requires hands-on experience managing ERP or SaaS implementations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple projects. Candidates should also possess SQL skills to support implementation activities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end ERP and SaaS implementation, migration, enhancement, and integration projects.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work closely with technical teams.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, solution design meetings, and sprint planning sessions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, Architects, and third-party vendors.
  • Manage project governance, change requests, and resource planning.
  • Ensure successful execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Drive continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and project delivery processes.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience, including ERP or SaaS implementation projects.
  • Prior experience as a Business Analyst, with progression into Project Management.
  • Proven experience leading full lifecycle ERP or SaaS implementation projects.
  • Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
