Position Summary:

The NPI (New Products Implementation) Planner is responsible for the effective coordination of Edgewell products being introduced to the NA market. The NPI Planner ensures all new and revised items progress through the G2M process to launch on schedule with the lowest liability and inventory impact possible.

This position will have a hybrid schedule (Tues, Wed, Thurs) in our Chesterfield, MO office.

Purpose:

  • Lead end-to-end Go-to-Market (G2M) execution for all North America new product launches, transitions, and discontinuations, ensuring milestone adherence, launch readiness, and on-time market introduction.
  • Drive cross-functional project orchestration across Supply Chain, Marketing, R&D, Finance, Customer Service, Commercial, PMO, and Data Analytics teams to proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain alignment throughout the product lifecycle and G2M process.
  • Manage portfolio and lifecycle governance, including G2M dashboards, project tracking, transition planning, inventory runout/depletion strategies, and stakeholder communications to ensure visibility and accountability. Elevate any gaps or lags in EBP Step 1 driving gaps to launch readiness.
  • Leverage data and analytics to support decision-making, providing insights across the product lifecycle, monitoring forecast readiness, supply chain impacts, inventory health, and business performance metrics. Drive visibility to G2M dashboard and task completion ontime by the functional teams.
  • Optimize inventory and portfolio health through SLOB management, new product introduction support, product transition planning, and end-of-life SKU depletion strategies.
  • Champion continuous improvement of the G2M and product lifecycle processes, identifying bottlenecks, root causes, and operational constraints while driving process enhancements that improve speed, efficiency, and launch success.

Technical Skills:

  • Technical product development process awareness & understanding
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Critical thinking capability and proficiency and prioritization skills
  • Capable to analyze date and generate insights from the data provided for action or consideration
  • SAP/ERP understanding and/or experience

Required Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in technical field (Engineering, Chemistry, Finance), Business management, Supply chain, or related fields
  • Analytical skills, transforming data, and interacting with cross functional teams.
  • Experience in using Power BI reports and understanding of data science principles and capability
  • Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Microsoft office suite of tools
  • Ready to work in virtual teams, Goal-oriented, data & reporting, collaboration, and good communication will complete the profile.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid office-based in EPC HUB (St. Louis Preferred), other office locations to be considered.
  • Travel may be required: <10%.
  • A cross-functional team with a lot of creativity and challenges to face.

The salary range for this position is $64,000–$96,000   Compensation for this position varies based on a range of equal opportunity factors, including but not limited to role scope, level of experience, relevant skills, education and credentials, external and internal benchmarks for equivalent roles and experience, business sector, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are based on the specific facts and circumstances of each case. In addition to base salary, the total rewards package may also include, for eligible roles, bonus, and long-term Incentive.
