Work Environment

  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate client needs and track progress effectively.
  • Document client interactions and treatment outcomes promptly and accurately, adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to formulate and implement positive behavior support plans that focus on enhancing client independence and well-being.
  • Actively participate in the licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Serve as a liaison among various state agencies and community partners to facilitate access to resources and support for clients.

Qualifications
