Auburn Mental and Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive assessment and treatment planning, including the development of pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans based on individual client needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation that adheres to regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Employ evidence-based screening tools in conjunction with the clinical team to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement effective positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client circumstances.
  • Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to promote compliance and enhance quality services.

Qualifications
