The outpatient office serves as a logistical base for your work, where you will collaborate remotely with a multidisciplinary team of dedicated professionals.

• Provide comprehensive assessment and treatment planning, including the development of pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans based on individual client needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that adheres to regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Employ evidence-based screening tools in conjunction with the clinical team to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement effective positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client circumstances.
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to promote compliance and enhance quality services.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant state agencies, community partners, and other service systems.
• Establish and maintain open communication channels with stakeholders to promote program visibility and community engagement.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with community organizations and potential funding sources to foster programs and enhance resources.
• Engage in continuous professional development through conferences, training, and educational opportunities to enhance both personal and organizational capabilities.
• Promote the mission, values, and philosophy of Auburn Mental and Behavioral Healthcare within the community and beyond.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, overseen with the aim of sustaining optimal operational workflows.

Your work will primarily involve supporting individuals grappling with mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and various behavioral issues. Each client presents unique circumstances, and your role will be pivotal in creating tailored therapeutic interventions to assist them in their journeys toward recovery and improved emotional well-being.

• A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• A valid LMHC License issued by the state board, ensuring compliance with state regulations and professional standards.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain robust clinical records and prepare detailed reports necessary for treatment documentation.
• Proficiency in collaborative teamwork within an interdisciplinary setting, showcasing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to exercise sound judgment and make independent clinical decisions based on professional expertise.

• Experience in outpatient mental health settings, particularly in therapeutic environments focused on recovery.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and assessment tools relevant to mental health counseling.
• Educational or vocational experience in community outreach and partnership development.
• Previous engagement in programmatic development related to mental health services will be an advantage.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
