  • Build experience dashboards and scorecards that translate member behavior (adoption, friction, completion, abandonment) into actionable insights for improving product performance.
  • Assist in analyzing end‑to‑end funnels to identify drop‑off points, conversion opportunities, and member time‑to‑value.
  • Connect experience metrics to business outcomes such as revenue impact, cost efficiency, conversion lift, and overall product health.
  • Apply enterprise data governance standards, ensuring consistent definitions, documentation, and calculation methodologies.
  • Assist with maintaining data dictionaries, updating disclosures, KPI definitions, and metadata aligned with enterprise requirements.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot data anomalies and improve data accuracy.
  • Assist in the design, execution, and evaluation of experiments, including A/B tests and pilot programs.
  • Support monthly and quarterly performance reviews with standardized reporting and insights.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance staff‑facing dashboards that support product performance monitoring and operational decision‑making.
  • Translate business questions into clear reporting requirements and analytical outputs.
  • Apply best‑in‑class visualization practices to ensure dashboards are intuitive, consistent, and aligned with enterprise reporting standards.
  • Deliver monthly competitive analysis for all product lines, highlighting emerging trends, competitor movements, and implications for product strategy.
  • Support the migration from ad‑hoc or manual reporting to automated, scalable dashboards.
  • And all other duties as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Statistics, or a related quantitative field; equivalent experience considered.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or product‑related analysis.
  • Experience building dashboards or reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or DOMO.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data querying preferred.
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools.
  • Experience in financial services, credit unions, lending, or regulated industries preferred but not required.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

ADDITIONAL/IMPORTANT SKILLSETS

  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Curiosity and willingness to explore data to answer business questions independently.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across departments including Product, Marketing, Lending, Operations, IT, and Finance.
  • Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with evolving priorities.
  • Commitment to data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to enterprise governance standards.
