Our client is seeking an experienced Epicor Operations Analyst to join a growing team responsible for supporting and optimizing Epicor ERP across multiple business units throughout the United States. This is a full-time, remote position that requires regular travel to company facilities and business units to provide hands-on support, training, implementation assistance, and operational guidance.

This role is ideal for an Epicor professional who enjoys working directly with end users, solving business challenges, improving processes, and helping organizations maximize their ERP investment. The successful candidate will be a strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats as business needs evolve.

Travel will be heavier during the initial phases as additional business units are integrated into the corporate Epicor environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for Epicor ERP users across multiple business units.
  • Serve as a functional and operational resource for Epicor 10 and Kinetic ERP environments.
  • Support business processes related to:

  • Support both on-premises and cloud-based Epicor environments.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend process improvements.
  • Develop and deliver end-user training programs and documentation.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional team members to improve system performance and user adoption.
  • Participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities for new functionality and enhancements.
  • Support MRP planning processes and MES-related activities.
  • Work closely with operations, finance, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to ensure ERP alignment with business objectives.
  • Travel to business locations as needed to provide onsite support, training, and implementation assistance.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on Epicor ERP experience supporting Epicor 10 and/or Kinetic.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing and operational business processes.
  • Strong understanding of:

  • Experience supporting Epicor implementations, upgrades, or major system enhancements.
