Job Description:We're seeking an experienced Merchandise Data Product Manager to drive the strategy and roadmap for merchandising data products that support pricing, promotions, inventory optimization, and product performance. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, data engineering, and data science teams to ensure data solutions deliver measurable business value.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for merchandising data products.
  • Translate business requirements into data, metrics, and reporting requirements.
  • Prioritize and maintain a healthy Agile product backlog.
  • Partner with data engineering and data science teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
  • Collaborate with merchandising and operations stakeholders to identify opportunities for business value.
  • Define success metrics and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.
  • Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, and stakeholder communication.
  • Support initiatives focused on pricing, promotions, assortment, inventory, and in-stock optimization.
