We're looking for an experienced Electrical BIM Project Manager to lead project execution, coordination efforts, and client relationships while helping drive successful outcomes for our customers.


Position Summary

The Electrical BIM Project Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day execution of BIM coordination and virtual construction projects. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned projects and works closely with clients, contractors, trade partners, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

This position combines project leadership, client communication, coordination management, and team collaboration to drive projects from kickoff through completion.

What You'll Do

Lead Project Execution

  • Manage Electrical BIM and VDC projects throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop project execution plans, coordination strategies, and schedules
  • Facilitate coordination meetings and drive issue resolution efforts
  • Track project progress, risks, and milestones
  • Ensure BIM models and project deliverables align with project requirements

Manage Client Relationships

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
  • Communicate project status, risks, and schedule impacts proactively
  • Facilitate productive meetings and ensure follow-through on action items
  • Support project pursuits, preconstruction efforts, and estimating reviews when needed

Support Team Success

  • Coordinate work across BIM Specialists, Coordinators, and production team members
  • Provide project direction, support, and accountability
  • Promote collaboration and clear communication across project teams
