Job description

About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own Money Movement: the infrastructure that powers how fiat, crypto, and stablecoins flow through zerohash's platform.
zerohash manages internal ledgers that correspond with real bank balances. Funds are constantly moving: platform settlement wires in and out, stablecoin minting and redeeming flows, on/off ramps for retail and institutional partners, ACH transactions, RTP payments, and internal liquidity movements across accounts. You'll also own crypto send/receive functionality across networks. Your job is to make sure all of this works reliably, accurately, and at scale - while building the next generation of payment capabilities.
You will own the strategy, roadmap, and be deep in the mechanics for how money actually moves: bank API integrations, ledger bookkeeping, settlement timing, return handling, and compliance-aware payment routing. This is a high-visibility role that sits at the core of our platform, directly impacting onboarding conversion, liquidity velocity, treasury operations, partner integrations, and global expansion.
This is a fully remote position, strongly preferred to be in a timezone +/- 3 hours of east coast time (US).
Responsibilities
  • Own the roadmap and execution for Money Movement, ruthlessly prioritizing across payment rails, partner needs, and expansion opportunities while clearly articulating and driving the product vision and strategy.
  • Design payment flows end-to-end: from API contract through ledger impact, settlement, reconciliation, and exception handling.
  • Work directly with banking partners and PSPs on integration, onboarding, and ongoing operations.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering to translate product requirements into well-architected, production-ready systems.
  • Partner with ops to improve reconciliation processes, reduce manual intervention, and automate exception handling.
  • Collaborate deeply with compliance and risk to ensure flows meet BSA/AML requirements, money transmission regulations, and have fraud protections.
  • Write clear technical specs and API documentation, both internal and client-facing.
  • Analyze transaction data to identify issues, measure flow performance, and inform product decisions.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4+ years experience in Product Management.
  • Strong background with building API-based products
  • Strong understanding of the ACH network
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise, and actionable tasks.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools, particularly Jira.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - you can write SQL queries and analyze data effectively.
Preferred
  • Experience building crypto or stablecoins products
  • Prior experience in a software engineering or sales engineering-like role
  • Experience with building consumer-facing fintech applications
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
Benefits Offered
We believe a happy, motivated, and healthy team is the best way to succeed. We offer the following benefit
  • Healthcare Insurance: Zero Hash covers roughly 100% of employee premiums (U.S. Only)
  • Chance to earn equity
  • Vision Insurance (US Only)
  • Dental Insurance (US Only)
  • Maternity & Paternity leave
  • Visa sponsorship
  • 401k (US Only)
About zerohash

zerohash provides the complete technical infrastructure (delivered through API and SDK) as well as the global regulatory stack to easily and compliantly send, receive, store, and convert fiat, crypto, and stablecoins, in one platform.

The zerohash Culture
All zerohash employees are guided by the following characteristics and core principles:
  • Independence/Ownership - An ability to work autonomously. Join Zero Hash, pitch ideas, and shape the work you do.
  • Passion - We are innovating quickly and challenging the status quo. We want you to think big, be creative and make a difference every day.
  • Collaborative - A good attitude and respect for others. We're teammates, not co-workers. Everything we do is a shared success and equally a shared failure - we talk in terms of "we" not "me".
  • Initiative - An ability and passion for learning and asking questions. We will champion you, challenge you and push you to achieve your best - and we expect you to do the same.
  • Empathy - An ability to listen, respect, and understand your co-workers, customers, and everyone you interact with no matter how different they are to you.
  • Adaptability - An ability to respond quickly. We are in a fast-paced industry and so we expect you to be creative when solving a new problem and comfortable under pressure.
  • Transparency - We believe that transparency is critical to empowering everyone to make the best decisions, both the company to its people and vice versa.
  • Integrity - Integrity creates trust. As both an organization collectively and as individuals, it is our most valuable asset.
