We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager who can drive meaningful product outcomes within our global, corporate travel partnership ecosystem. Working asynchronously with cross-functional teams, the position is ideal for self-starters with an entrepreneurial mindset. This individual will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing a portfolio reliant on strategic alliances, supplier relationships, and technology partners. Driving growth, increasing product penetration, and market sensing across a variety of global markets is essential.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager, as a core member of the product team will report to the Vice President, Product Management and play a pivotal role in managing and executing our go-to-market strategy relating to their assigned products, services, and partnerships. Understanding and communicating our company values, products and services, and value positions are central to the position. A deep knowledge of assigned product capabilities and integration opportunities are essential to achieve success in this position.

  • Strategic Partnership Management: Identify, manage, evaluate, and establish high-value opportunities for assigned products across all types of travel suppliers, travel tech platforms, and ancillary service providers related to assigned products and services.
  • Revenue Growth: Manage incremental revenue and margin opportunities through co-branded initiatives, joint ventures, and enhanced partner offerings.
  • Ecosystem Management: Manage assigned global partners; monitor performance, compliance, and ROI.
  • Innovation & Integration: Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to co-create integrated travel solutions and seamless customer experiences.
  • AI/ML: Identify AI/ML opportunities that align with product strategy, translating AI capabilities into user-friendly product features.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify product and service enhancements.
  • Product Lifecycle: Own the product lifecycle and work cross-functionally with remote teams.
  • Market Sensing: Discover and validate partner and client needs through research and data analysis, including maintaining a strong, trust-based relationship with global commercial teams, customers, and internal subject knowledge experts.
  • Identify Pervasive Market Problems: Write clearly defined use cases, user stories, and arrange them into clearly understood themes and epics. Associate requirements to personas.
  • Product Roadmaps: Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring distribution to relevant teams and visibility into changes and adjustments as needed. Execution and market adoption for one or more AI products, building a long-term product vision, aligning with evolving products and business goals.
  • Commercial Prioritization: Envision and identify features and functions based on user impact and alignment with core business objectives.
  • Product Development Guidance: Manage sprint planning and participate in virtual standups with distributed teams. Influence partner roadmaps when co-developing products and services. Ensure every AI experience released to market is accurate, safe, and aligned with company values, including the ethical and legal use of data.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Must be comfortable presenting and demonstrating technology to stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Strong understanding of the corporate travel industry desired, including Travel Management Company (TMC), Global Distribution System (GDS), travel technology companies, and travel related data firms.
  • BA/BS degree from a four-year accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
  • Pragmatic Marketing certifications or course completions a plus.
  • Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning exposure, training, and use is a plus.
  • Previous remote product management experience preferred.
  • Strong writer and clear communicator, with excellent adaptability to asynchronous communication.
  • Tools: Teams, JIRA, Confluence, Agile PM platforms, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Salesforce, and business intelligence systems are helpful.
