In this role you will create and support messaging, data-informed insights, and bridge the information and customer value gap between product development and go to market and customer operation teams, creating compelling narratives around our SaaS solutions and enabling our go-to-market strategy to accelerate growth.

You will be a visible role within Research & Development (R&D) and cross functionally as you collaborate and build influence, including with customer-facing teams such as Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Partners. Your insights and instincts will directly inform and influence the Chief Product Officer on strategic and tactical decisions. Your work will deliver measurable business results in product team effectiveness, return on product investment, and overall organizational success. The work you do will empower tens of thousands of financial services leaders to help their customers make critical financial decisions that shape their lives. 

For candidates based in the Dallas, TX or Minneapolis, MN area, the position follows a hybrid schedule with 3-4 on-site days per week. This position would be remote for qualifying candidates residing outside of those areas.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Market Intelligence: Research market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform product positioning
  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear, compelling positioning and messaging frameworks that differentiate our solutions and resonate with target audiences
  • Content Creation: Create high-value marketing assets including website copy, sales collateral, case studies, product guides, and thought leadership content
  • Customer Insights: Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategy
  • Support Sales/GTM Enablement: Work closely with Enablement leader to equip the sales team with effective tools, training, and battle cards to communicate product value and overcome objections

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or B2B platform
  • Proven success launching technology products
  • Demonstrable Messaging Experience (including creation, evolution, and enabling/enforcing)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Data-oriented approach to decision making with analytical mindset
  • Demonstrable ability to leverage AI tools to amplify your outcomes

Compensation/Benefits: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $155,000 - $180,000 annually. Final total compensation offered is dependent upon the selected individual's qualifications and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on company performance and other factors. As an employee of the company, you will be eligible to participate in the Employee Stock Option Plan.
