  • Product Lifecycle Owner: At least 10 years of experience in a software Product Manager role with proven end-to-end ownership from discovery through delivery.
  • AI-First Mindset: You've brought a successful AI product or feature to market and have a deep understanding of current AI tools and how to leverage them effectively in your daily PM work.
  • Technical Foundation: Strong technical background with proven ability to work successfully with engineering teams. Comfortable reading and writing SQL queries.
  • Data-Driven Decision Maker: Strong analytical skills with experience using ETL processes and data warehousing tools such as Snowflake.
  • Compelling Communicator: Excellent presentation skills - you tell a clear story, explain tradeoffs confidently, and drive consensus with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Customer-Centric Researcher: Proven track record of conducting customer research and discovery and making successful product bets based on your findings.
  • Prioritization Pro: You know when to say no and can defend your decisions in a respectful, data-driven manner.
  • Agile Practitioner: Experience working within Agile software development teams.
  • Organized & Adaptive: Excellent time management skills, ability to self-manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and an ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
  • Tooling Proficiency: Proficient in Google Suite, Atlassian products, Claude.

With additional requirements of:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must have the ability to fulfill the job requirements with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Must be located in the United States and be legally eligible to work for us.
  • Must be able to travel for in person meetings when needed

WHY JOIN US?

  • Full-time W2 position, work core business hours in your time zone.
  • Work from home with a company-provided MacBook and internet stipend.
