This position offers a unique remote working opportunity, allowing you to provide critical support to patients from a detox center setting. Though primarily remote, occasional on-site engagements may be necessary for collaborative team meetings or special patient-focused initiatives. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate patients' mental health needs, collaboratively developing tailored treatment plans in partnership with a multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver individual counseling sessions focused on immediate emotional support and crisis intervention for patients facing diverse mental health challenges such as addiction, trauma, and withdrawal symptoms.
• Facilitate therapy groups designed to promote healthy coping strategies, emotional expression, and community support among patients in a safe space.
• Work closely with hospital medical staff, support personnel, and community resources to ensure holistic patient care and continuity of services.
• Participate in community outreach and wellness initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness and reducing stigma.
• Maintain thorough and confidential patient records, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and state regulations.

This role primarily serves individuals undergoing detoxification and treatment for substance use disorders. You will engage with a diverse population that includes patients from various backgrounds and life experiences. The focus will be on addressing their immediate psychological needs, promoting coping skills, and facilitating their transition to sustained wellness.

• Must possess an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or hold a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required, while a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred for a deeper theoretical foundation.
• Demonstrable understanding of the mental health challenges specific to detoxification and substance use treatment.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and brief therapeutic models for mental health interventions.
• Capacity to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing a varied caseload with efficiency.

• Experience working in detox or substance abuse recovery settings is highly desirable.
• Strong background in crisis intervention and group therapy facilitation.
• Knowledge of community resources and services supporting mental health recovery and patient navigation.

• Competitive salary range between USD 90,000 and USD 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
