Role Overview

Working closely with creative, content, strategy, and production teams, the Integrated Producer ensures projects are organized, on schedule, on spec, and delivered to the highest quality standards. They coordinate work seamlessly across account teams, creative, strategy, production, and external partners, maintaining clear communication, efficient workflows, and strong cross-functional collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.


A detail-oriented problem solver and exceptional communicator, the Integrated Producer oversees projects from initial brief through post-production, proactively managing timelines, budgets, risks, and quality. They are a calm, confident operator who takes ownership of day-to-day production, ensuring every deliverable is polished, on brand, and delivered on time while fostering a collaborative, solutions-focused environment.


Project Management & Workflow

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of projects from briefing and planning through production, QA, and final delivery.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, internal status reports, and resource plans throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track project progress, key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across all cross-functional teams.
  • Own project documentation, production specs, and delivery guidelines. Circulating relevant meeting notes and action items for internal teams
  • Set up projects in PM tools, project file organization and infrastructure.
  • Coordinate and lead internal project meetings and contribute to broader agency status updates.
  • Utilize project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, sprints) to streamline workflows and improve delivery timelines when required
  • Ensure clarity on briefs, deliverables and specs for project teams


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative, content, strategy, and production partners to ensure deliverables align with briefs, technical requirements, and brand guidelines.
  • Lead collaboration between Accounts and department leads in clarifying briefs, specs, scope requirements, and basic resourcing needs.
  • Communicate clearly, proactively, and consistently with internal teams, vendors, and freelancers to set expectations and maintain alignment.
  • Own file delivery by organizing assets, maintaining naming conventions, managing access permissions, and performing formatting or exports as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to agency tools, processes, and approval workflows.
  • Manage resourcing needs by confirming availability, gathering requests, and helping route information between teams.
  • Coordinate freelancer onboarding, documentation, and access when support is required.
  • Flag resourcing conflicts or gaps to the Integrated Producer or department leads for action.
  • Provide basic input on team workload when asked, helping track who is assigned to which tasks.


Internal Leadership

  • Act as the primary production lead, feasibility discussions, and status updates, attending and contributing to relevant client meetings and presentations
  • Partner with account, strategy, and creative leads to align on scope, timelines, and deliverable expectations.
  • Translate strategic and creative concepts into actionable production plans.
  • Lead internal reviews, production check-ins, and approval cycles.
  • Mentor junior Production team members


Quality Control, Reviews & Problem Solving

  • Manage and coordinate internal reviews, feedback cycles, and revisions.
  • Conduct proofreading, formatting checks, and basic QC to ensure deliverables meet agency standards and technical specifications.
  • Perform accessibility checks and ensure assets are prepped correctly for final delivery.
  • Identify and surface potential risks, blockers, or timeline impacts with proactive communication.
  • Troubleshoot issues independently when possible, escalating to leadership when needed.
  • Champion Production and agency processes, project excellence, and production best practices.


Emerging Tools & Innovation

  • Support, identify and participate in the testing, adoption, and optimization of new platforms, workflow tools, and AI-powered production processes.
  • Stay curious about evolving digital and creative technologies.


Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of project management or producer experience in a creative agency, digital studio, or production environment.
  • Experience supporting digital and multi-channel campaign production: social content, display banners, AI-driven creative, photo/video, motion, websites, and other content types.
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with calmness, clarity, and strong follow-through.
  • Highly organized with the ability to track many moving pieces across departments.
  • Proactive communicator who thrives in a remote-first, collaborative setting.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and commitment to quality.
  • Experience with light proofreading and QC.
  • Familiarity with PM tools such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, Asana, or Jira.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; comfortable navigating digital asset tools, file sharing platforms, and collaborative systems.
  • Bilingualism (EN/FR) is an asset but not required.
