Insurance Sales Producer -Brightway, Miami Lakes |P&C Licensed | Remote
About the Opportunity
Brightway Insurance is hiring a licensed Insurance Sales Producer for its independently owned agency in Miami Lakes, FL This is a full-time remote sales role with access to Brightway's national carrier network, agency support infrastructure, and uncapped earning potential.
What You'll Do
  • Sell personal lines insurance products (auto, home, life) to new and existing customers
  • Manage your pipeline and follow up with inbound leads provided by the agency
  • Consult with customers to identify the right coverage for their needs
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets in a performance-driven environment

What We're Looking For
  • Active P&C insurance license required
  • 1-3 years of insurance or sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a consultative approach to selling
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
