Project C.U.R.E. is looking for a passionate, organized, and people-focused volunteer to serve as Executive Assistant to the Director of Procurement.

This is far more than a typical volunteer opportunity. We are seeking someone with exceptional communication, organizational, and computer skills who is energized by building relationships and supporting a mission that changes lives around the world.

In this role, you will work closely with donors of medical equipment and supplies, helping connect lifesaving resources to hospitals and clinics in underserved communities across the globe. Every phone call, email, spreadsheet, and follow-up helps make quality healthcare more accessible for those who need it most.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Director of Procurement with donor communications and relationship management
  • Coordinate outreach and follow-up with corporate partners and medical donors
  • Track and organize information using spreadsheets and database systems
  • Assist with procurement activities that help deliver medical resources worldwide
  • Contribute to a mission dedicated to improving global health outcomes
