Position Overview

The Data Entry Volunteer plays a vital role in supporting Project C.U.R.E.’s operations and impact by entering, cleaning, and maintaining data in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This role helps ensure our donor, shipment, program, and impact data are accurate and up to date—powering everything from fundraising to global health reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data in Project C.U.R.E.’s CRM system
  • Review records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Assist with data cleanup and standardization projects
  • Follow data entry guidelines and confidentiality standards
  • Communicate with staff if clarification or corrections are needed

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working with databases, spreadsheets, or CRM systems
  • Basic computer proficiency (Excel/Google Sheets experience a plus)
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
