GD Resources LLC is seeking an experienced Procurement Technician to provide remote administrative and operational support for federal procurement and contracting activities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and organize contract files and acquisition documentation.
  • Scan, upload, and maintain documents in electronic contracting systems.
  • Support pre-award and post-award procurement activities.
  • Assist with market research and solicitation packages.
  • Prepare pre-bid documentation and past-performance research.
  • Track contract milestones and support contract closeout activities.
  • Maintain vendor and item information.
  • Update COR-related records and tracking logs.
  • Prepare administrative documents including award letters, modification packages, extension notices, and release-of-claims documentation.
  • Support bid openings and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate required contractor training and collect certificates.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding delinquent deliveries and administrative issues.
  • Follow applicable procurement procedures and contract-file requirements.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in federal procurement, contracting administration, purchasing, or acquisition support.
  • Familiarity with eCMS, IFCAP, or similar procurement systems.
  • Understanding of procurement documentation and contract-file requirements.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple files, deadlines, and priorities.
