Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Processor opportunities in Fort Mill SC 29707(Remote). Responsibilities for Processor include but are not limited to:

· Provide direct support to underwriters by coordinating loan documentation and clearing conditions

· Act as a liaison between consumers and underwriters to ensure timely completion of credit qualification requirements

· Review and analyze various loan documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance

· Manage and track loan conditions to ensure timely resolution and adherence to deadlines

· Ensure all loan files meet regulatory and internal compliance standards

· Maintain a strong understanding of mortgage servicing and origination processes

· Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure all tasks are completed within defined timelines

· Communicate effectively with borrowers, underwriters, and internal teams regarding status updates and requirements

· Prioritize multiple loan files and tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Candidates for Processor must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

· Demonstrated ability to effectively manage priorities and as well as effective time management

· High School Diploma and 3-5 years of mortgage processing experience in support of underwriting activities
