Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health status, needs, and goals.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based approaches, adjusting them as necessary based on client feedback and progress.
• Deliver virtual therapy sessions utilizing secure platforms, ensuring a comfortable and effective therapeutic space for clients.
• Establish, monitor, and evaluate therapeutic goals through regular collaboration with clients, providing ongoing emotional support and encouragement.
• Document therapy sessions accurately and maintain detailed records, ensuring timely and organized tracking of client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training opportunities, and peer consultations within our network.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on children and adolescents dealing with a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma. You will build a therapeutic rapport with young clients, adapting your communication style to suit different ages and developmental stages. Family involvement may also be part of the therapeutic process, assisting in creating a supportive environment for clients.

Qualifications

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). A Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) is also accepted.
• A Master’s degree or a Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills showcasing your ability to foster therapeutic connections in a virtual setting.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion, understanding each client's individual experiences and emotional challenges.
• Proficient organizational and time-management skills that enhance your ability to manage client appointments and documentation effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with children and adolescents in a mental health setting will be highly regarded.
• Familiarity with teletherapy tools and practices, especially experience offering remote behavioral health services.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and an ability to implement culturally competent practices in a diverse client demographic.

Compensation and Benefits
