Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health issues and formulate personalized treatment plans that cater to individual needs.
• Lead engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, ensuring the use of strategies that align with each client's treatment goals.
• Integrate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, collaborating on treatment plans to provide a holistic approach to client care.
• Educate clients' families to enhance their understanding of mental health challenges, advocating for their involvement in the recovery journey.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
