In this role, the analyst leads domain-specific projects, manages cross-functional initiatives, develops project methodologies and ensures project success.   • Ideal candidate must have experience working with the following systems: Epic, SQL, and all Microsoft Office programs
  • Healthcare revenue cycle knowledge highly preferred

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business or related field preferred; Master's or advanced clinical degree preferred.
Licenses/Certifications: Advanced analytics/healthcare certifications preferred; Domain specific certification or accreditation preferred:
  • Professional certifications FACHE, CHFP, CAHIMS, CPHIMS
  • Data Science/Analytics certifications (vary)
  • Epic Certifications (Caboodle, Cogito, Slicer Dicer, Revenue or Access Data Model)

Experience / Knowledge / Skills:
  • 2-5 years domain expertise (operations, finance, healthcare)
  • 3-5 years with demonstrated healthcare analytics success
  • Working knowledge of reporting platforms and data visualization tools
  • Report design expertise
  • Competent experience with healthcare databases and business applications
  • Solid database query and visualization tool skill preferred
  • Competent cross domain workflow and process knowledge
  • Competent-level understanding of domain metrics, organizational benchmarks and regulatory requirements
