Job Title: Business Data Analyst III Secret or TS

Location: Remote

Clearance Required: Active Secret or Top-Secret

Salary Range: $130K-$150k Based on Experience

Overview

Expert in Enterprise Architectures supporting DLA Business Architecture. Collaborates with operational stakeholders across DLA to capture and analyze end-to-end (E2E) business processes, develops process flow and activity-hierarchy diagrams, aligns DLA processes to the DoW Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA), and maintains artifacts within the EA repository (Celonis CPM). Supports the annual BEA certification.

Responsibilities

  • -Collaborate with operational stakeholders across DLA to capture business processes and recommend courses of action for gaps and anomalies
  • -Develop process flow diagrams (BPMN) and Activity Hierarchical Diagrams (OV-5a) for Enterprise processes
  • -Analyze E2E processes for DoW analytic alignment and map each Enterprise process to the corresponding BEA activity
  • -Identify activities, common activities, and information exchanges from solution-level architectures that support Enterprise processes
  • -Integrate DLA Process Area processes into DLA Enterprise-Level Architectures; develop Enterprise process hierarchies/decompositions and document decomposition types
  • -Identify customer use-case opportunities and support Architecture Forums (content development and facilitation)
  • -Maintain EA artifacts within the current EA repository (Celonis CPM) using DoDAF and BPMN
  • -Support the annual Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA) certification

Required Qualifications

  • -Expert experience working with Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA)
  • -Seven (7) years of relevant experience
  • -Experience with MS Suite: Word, Excel, Access, Project, and PowerPoint
  • -Celonis Process Management experience
  • -DoD 8140 / 8570 IA baseline certification such as Security+ CE or higher
  • -Secret or TS clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • -DoDAF / BPMN modeling, including OV-6c Event Trace and OV-5a Operational Activity Hierarchy diagrams
  • -Experience supporting the annual BEA certification cycle
  • -Process-mining / Celonis CPM modeling experience
