Required skills:
  • Areas of Expertise: Build processes that support business operations, but IT Solutions as well Matrixed Process Mapping Up and Down Stream (areas we can only influence)
  • Produce a value stream showing demand and issues with delivery for each step of the Value Stream (goal to reduce TAT at every step, even with upstream partners)
  • Implementation of Metrics Implementation of Quality Controls Ability to facilitate root cause analysis based on metrics & through anecdotal discussion
  • Facilitate and manage implementation of fixes (oversee a portfolio of improvements; possibly projects)
Produce Standard Six Sigma Outputs:
  • Process Mapping of Current/Future State with Gap Analysis
  • Ability to operate autonomously and drive the work (dont wait)
  • Strong PM Skills to accompany the process skills; need a restless soul that likes to provide healthy agitation Train others on defined processes Black Belt or Master Black Belt
