Job Description:
Seeking an HR Process Documentation & Optimization Consultant to support a newly established HR Program & Process Optimization Office by documenting, analyzing, and improving HR processes. This role will partner with HR stakeholders to create standardized process documentation while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, governance, and consistency across HR operations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery sessions with HR stakeholders to document end-to-end business processes
  • Create process documentation including SIPOCs, process maps, swimlane diagrams, and process charters
  • Capture workflows, decision points, handoffs, roles, controls, and process exceptions
  • Analyze current-state processes to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, compliance risks, and ownership gaps
  • Conduct root cause analysis and recommend practical process improvements
  • Facilitate workshops to gather stakeholder feedback and build alignment
  • Present findings and future-state recommendations to business leaders
  • Apply standardized documentation frameworks and governance practices
  • Organize process artifacts within centralized repositories
  • Support HR transformation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements:

  • Must-Haves:
    • 5โ€“10 years of business process analysis, documentation, and process optimization experience
    • Demonstrated experience creating SIPOCs, process maps, swimlane diagrams, and process documentation
    • Experience using IBM Blueworks Live
    • Strong Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
    • Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions
