Are you ready to step into a leadership role and help shape the future of technologyenabled accounting solutions? Frazier & Deeter is growing and seeking a seasoned, forwardthinking professional to join our Client Accounting & Advisory Solutions (CAAS) team as a Certified Unanet Lead.
In this senior role, you will serve as the primary Unanet subjectmatter expert, guiding clients and internal teams through complex implementations, optimizing system performance, and driving bestinclass projectbased ERP solutions. You will lead engagements, mentor implementers, and play a key role in expanding our Unanet service offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee full lifecycle Unanet ERP and CRM implementations, ensuring successful scoping, configuration, deployment, and optimization.
  • Serve as the senior Unanet advisorย to clients, providing strategic guidance on system design, process improvement, and longterm scalability.
  • Architect and customize advanced Unanet workflows, dashboards, automations, and reportingย to meet complex business requirements.
  • Conduct highlevel needs assessments and gap analyses, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Oversee data migration, integrations, and system testing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless adoption.
  • Provide leadership and mentorshipย to Unanet implementers and CAAS team members.
  • Deliver training, documentation, and changemanagement supportย to client and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay current on Unanet product updates, industry trends, and best practices, proactively advising clients on enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues, serving as the final point of expertise.
  • Support business development efforts, including solution design, scoping, and proposal input.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
  • Certified Unanet Implementorย (required).
  • 5+ years of Unanet implementation or administration experience, with demonstrated leadership on complex projects.
  • Proven ability to architect Unanet solutionsย across ERP, CRM, time & expense, project accounting, and resource planning.
  • Experience integrating Unanet with systems such as Salesforce, QuickBooks, Power BI, or other middleware tools.
  • Background in consulting, public accounting, or professional servicesย strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or related fieldย (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of projectbased accounting, revenue recognition, and operational workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead client conversations, manage expectations, and influence stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with FAR and CAS complianceย and governmentcontracting environments is a plus.
