Position Overview

Spring Water Behavioral Health Services is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapist, specifically an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC, to join our renowned outpatient psychiatric practice in Tucson, Arizona. This full-time position is offered in a remote setting, enabling you to balance your professional and personal life while serving a diverse clientele in need of mental health support.

Work Environment

This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide therapy sessions from the comfort of your home while maintaining a work schedule that promotes work-life balance. You will operate within a fully equipped outpatient office as needed, participating in team meetings and case consultations in a collaborative and supportive atmosphere from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity and impact of mood disorders in clients, including a comprehensive history and clinical examination.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans, collaborating closely with clients to ensure their personal needs and goals are prioritized.
  • Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment for mood disorders.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring a responsive approach to therapy.
  • Engage in educational outreach, providing information and support to clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and available resources.
  • Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide an integrated approach to client care.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and clarity in treatment planning.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and professional development sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices.
  • Advocate for the needs of clients, raising awareness about mood disorders to contribute to their de-stigmatization.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
