Position Overview:ย

Responsibilities:ย 

Advanced Customer Technical Engagementย 

  • Build trust and technical credibility quickly within target accountsย 
  • Engage directly with highly technical customer stakeholders (engineering, architecture, R&D) to understand complex system requirementsย ย 
  • Uncover key pain points, performance gaps, and future-state needs through strong listening and probing skillsย ย 
  • Rapidly conceptualize and translate customerย requirementsย intoย viableย solutionย conceptsย ย 

Solutions Architecture & Ecosystem Integrationย 

  • Lead customer engagement across AFLโ€™s emerging technology ecosystem including; Connectors (EBO, MMC, SN-MT, ganged solutions), Fiber & cable technologies (MCF, HCF, advanced fiber designs), Networking & switching architectures.ย 
        • Provide expertise in: Transceiver technologies and protocol evolution,ย High-speed data transmission standardsย UEC, InfiniBand (IB), LPO, and optical circuit switching.ย 
              • Design integrated solutions that align with evolving data center and AI infrastructure demands.ย

              Strategicย Technicalย Partnershipsย 

              • Develop and support strategic partnerships with key ecosystem players (e.g., NVIDIA, Polatis, CPO/OBO initiatives)ย ย
