• Provide direct therapeutic interventions, tailoring individual, family, and group therapy sessions to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, to facilitate healing.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals and include measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Conduct crisis intervention and risk assessment, providing safety planning as necessary to support clients in distress.
• Maintain accurate, comprehensive documentation in compliance with all ethical and legal standards.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and therapeutic support groups to encourage community among clients.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
