Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in real-time support for clinical practitioners, helping identify high-risk situations and effectively de-escalating crisis scenarios.

  • Monitor and assess client progress through outcomes-focused practices, gathering feedback to identify barriers to treatment and recommend improvements.

This role primarily supports individuals struggling with substance use disorders, which may include both youth and adults. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
