• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address various psychological and behavioral issues.
• Provide comprehensive case management services, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop tailored treatment plans based on clients’ needs.
• Engage in real-time support for clinical practitioners, helping identify high-risk situations and effectively de-escalating crisis scenarios.
• Ensure proper escalation to emergency services and adhere to mandatory reporting requirements when thresholds are met, safeguarding the welfare of clients.
• Regularly inform Clinical Leads about emerging safeguarding risks and contribute to risk mitigation strategies as part of a collaborative team effort.
• Stay informed about current safeguarding policies and procedures, integrating these standards into daily practice to promote a safe client environment.
• Monitor and assess client progress through outcomes-focused practices, gathering feedback to identify barriers to treatment and recommend improvements.

This role primarily supports individuals struggling with substance use disorders, which may include both youth and adults. You will play a critical role in fostering safety, stability, and recovery, working closely with clients and their families to navigate the complexities associated with addiction. Your expertise will help guide clients towards pathways of healing and empowerment, significantly influencing their journey toward wellness.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• The candidate must hold an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a behavioral health setting, specifically with clients facing substance use and mental health challenges.
• Proven skill in conducting psychosocial assessments, including suicide risk evaluations, with the ability to implement appropriate interventions based on findings.
