• Conduct individualized psychotherapy sessions through telemedicine, tailoring approaches to the unique needs of each client.
• Utilize our advanced platform to verify client insurance benefits instantly, enabling seamless access to care without delays.
• Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive and personalized therapeutic treatment plans that align with their mental health goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans within our user-friendly systems.
• Actively participate in ongoing training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Provide customized support to both clinicians and patients, streamlining communication and ensuring quality care delivery.

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing various mental health challenges. This includes anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other psychological concerns. Your expertise will guide clients through their unique journeys toward recovery and personal growth, with a focus on fostering resilience and empowerment.

• Must possess a valid license as a mental health counselor (LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC) in Washington State.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in conducting therapy sessions.
• Knowledge and experience working with a diverse population and various therapeutic interventions.
• Strong expertise in treatment planning and a passion for learning new skills in a collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, fostering a supportive atmosphere of care.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques.
• Background in clinical assessments and evidence-based practices preferred.
• Prior experience in a private practice or outpatient setting is a plus.
