• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop thoughtful treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, including pre-crisis and crisis interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that meets regulatory standards, ensuring compliance and quality in care delivery.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools recommended by the clinical team to evaluate client progress and inform treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support strategies that enhance client outcomes.
• Participate actively in all licensing, accreditation, and regulatory processes to uphold service quality and organizational integrity.
• Network and liaise with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate comprehensive support for clients.
• Foster transparent communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure adherence to contract standards and promote the agency’s mission.
• Engage with local, state, and federal organizations to advocate for programs and secure potential new partnerships and funding sources.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by attending conferences, workshops, and relevant community-based meetings.
• Embody and promote the agency’s mission, values, and philosophy throughout your work and interactions.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director.

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is a requirement for this position.
