As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting with clients in one-on-one sessions to help them develop and achieve personalized treatment goals.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to provide prevention-oriented therapy.
• Developing, reviewing, and modifying treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other professionals involved in their care.
• Coordinating with additional treatment providers, community resources, and placement agencies to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Participating in regular staff meetings to enhance interdepartmental collaboration and contribute to a positive work culture.
• Actively contributing to enriching our team environment by sharing insights and fostering a culture of learning.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a relevant field.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and other professionals.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or related fields, demonstrating your capability and readiness for this role.
• A familiarity with community mental health resources, enabling you to provide clients with comprehensive support.
• Previous experience working in a collaborative health care environment, showcasing your ability to thrive in a team-focused culture.

Heart of Hope offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and credentials. In addition to a meaningful salary, our compensation package includes:
