  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes.

  • Actively contributing to enriching our team environment by sharing insights and fostering a culture of learning.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic works with a diverse population of clients, each facing their own unique challenges related to mental health. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals from various backgrounds, each requiring tailored approaches to their care. Your work will have a profound impact, helping clients to navigate their mental health journeys and achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and other professionals.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Preferred Experience

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or related fields, demonstrating your capability and readiness for this role.
  • A familiarity with community mental health resources, enabling you to provide clients with comprehensive support.
  • Previous experience working in a collaborative health care environment, showcasing your ability to thrive in a team-focused culture.
Compensation and Benefits

Heart of Hope offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and credentials. In addition to a meaningful salary, our compensation package includes:

  • Generous Paid Time Off to ensure you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
  • Access to BCBS PPO/HMO healthcare plans to keep you and your family covered.
  • Dental insurance and life insurance benefits for added security.
