• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health status, medical history, and personal challenges.
• Develop effective, individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each client.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using tailored modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices to promote client growth.
• Set and establish clear therapeutic goals, measuring and monitoring client progress regularly while adapting treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide teletherapy options to clients who may face accessibility challenges or prefer remote sessions.
• Maintain precise and thorough documentation that complies with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated with best practices in mental health therapy and enhance therapeutic skills.

• A current and valid state license as one of the following: LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client care.
• Possess strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a caseload effectively.

While we welcome candidates with varying levels of experience, we prefer applicants with prior experience in outpatient therapy settings or specialized training in trauma-informed care. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be advantageous in ensuring seamless documentation and client management.
