• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to develop tailored treatment plans based on each client's unique needs.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor client progress throughout the treatment process, making adjustments as needed.
• Employ a range of psychotherapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Psychodynamic Therapy.
• Deliver compassionate psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and behavior modification techniques to assist clients in navigating their mental health challenges.
• Participate in regular collaboration with case management teams to ensure comprehensive care and continuity of services for clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mental health trends, research findings, and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.
• Foster a safe and welcoming environment where clients feel respected, understood, and empowered in their healing journey.

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population that includes individuals experiencing anxiety, moderate to severe depressive disorders, ADHD, PTSD, trauma, grief, and other mental health diagnoses. As a therapist at Braver Perspective, you will engage with clients from various backgrounds, allowing for varied therapeutic interactions and the opportunity to make a significant impact day-to-day.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• A valid social work or counseling license in accordance with state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).
• Proficient in a variety of psychotherapy modalities with a solid understanding of mental health disorders and diagnoses.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport and trust with clients.
• A history free of medical malpractice claims, as verified by third-party entities.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Experience working in a fast-paced telehealth environment that requires adaptability and critical thinking.
• Demonstrated ability to handle crisis situations effectively while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
• Prior experience utilizing electronic medical record systems and remote communication technology.
