This role is responsible for the coordination and delivery of various communication medium (print, web, video, infographics, etc.) materials for both inbound and outbound programs including member, broker, customer, and provider communications.

The Print Delivery Associate Specialist will serve as a liaison between internal business customers, internal graphic designers, and external vendors to ensure quality and timeliness across a variety of high-volume printing projects. Develops project schedules and time frames. Ensures compliant, efficient, and accurate process handoffs between equipment operators. Duties may include training new team members on print production techniques (e.g., color calibration, printing from various digital source materials, etc.).

This position is full time (40 hours / week), Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. 

We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be based on schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment.  

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for meeting workflow deadlines, compliance requirements, client expectations, SLA's and overall program goals for assigned product(s)
  • Maintain effective communication with business partners, vendors and support team members to manage workflow expectations and meet deadlines
  • Identify risks and implement solutions to avoid or minimize negative impact
  • Develops and maintains workflow documentation and reporting
  • Assists with resource planning for assigned program and/or products and will monitor daily activities
  • Assist with developing a clear and concise plan to both execute the program and monitor its progress. This includes adjusting along the way as needed to ensure success and minimize risk
  • Maintain effective communication with customers, vendors and team members
  • Works with other team members and analyst to maintain accurate metrics and reporting for assigned program and products. This includes the distribution and reporting of program details as needed
  • Assists team with training and related documentation as needed
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • 2 years of project and / OR account management experience
  • 2 years of print and / OR digital campaign execution with outbound communications
  • Intermediate experience working with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to work full time (40 hours / week), Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years of print work experience 
  • Workfront experience 
  • Background working within Adobe 
  • Experience within AI Industry

  • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $24.00 - $43.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
