Neuron7.ai is a rapidly growing AI-first SaaS company building category-defining Service Intelligence solutions for global enterprises. Our platform combines Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), enterprise knowledge, and workflow automation to help organizations solve complex service and operational challenges faster and more accurately.

As enterprises transition from traditional software to AI-powered autonomous systems, Neuron7.ai is leading the next wave of innovation through multi-agent architectures, intelligent orchestration, and enterprise-scale AI deployments. Our solutions help service organizations improve operational efficiency, accelerate issue resolution, and drive measurable business outcomes.

About the Role

We are seeking a Principal AI Solutions Architect to lead the design, deployment, and adoption of Agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers.

This is not a traditional architecture role. You will work directly with customers to translate complex business challenges into AI-powered solutions that deliver measurable value. As a trusted advisor, you will engage with executives, architects, operations leaders, and engineering teams to design and implement intelligent workflows powered by AI agents, enterprise knowledge, and workflow automation.

You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI technologies and real-world enterprise outcomes, helping customers successfully deploy and scale AI solutions in production environments.

What You'll Do
  • Lead customer discovery sessions, solution workshops, and technical strategy discussions.

  • Design and architect Agentic AI solutions for enterprise service and operational use cases.

  • Build and deploy multi-agent systems capable of reasoning, planning, orchestration, and autonomous decision-making.

  • Translate business processes into AI-powered workflows that improve productivity, efficiency, and customer outcomes.

  • Partner with customer stakeholders to drive successful implementation, adoption, and business value realization.

  • Define integration architectures connecting AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, knowledge repositories, and operational systems.

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to shape platform capabilities and customer solutions.

  • Establish best practices for AI governance, security, observability, and responsible AI deployment.

  • Provide technical leadership throughout the customer lifecycle, from solution design to production rollout.

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Platform Engineering, Technology Consulting, or related fields.

  • Proven experience delivering 0-to-1 products, platforms, or AI-powered solutions in enterprise environments.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing AI/ML, Generative AI, or Agentic AI solutions in production.

  • Strong experience supporting the deployment, integration, and adoption of AI solutions for enterprise customers.

  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying multi-agent systems, AI workflows, and enterprise AI applications.

  • Deep understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, data architectures, and workflow orchestration.

  • Experience leading customer-facing engagements, including discovery workshops, solution design, implementation, and adoption initiatives.

  • Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, Agentforce, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar platforms.

  • Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol), A2A (Agent-to-Agent) protocols, AI governance, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce, Agentforce, ServiceNow, CRM, Field Service Management (FSM), Customer Support, or Service Operations platforms.

  • Experience building AI copilots, intelligent assistants, or autonomous enterprise workflows.

  • Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and enterprise knowledge systems.

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

  • Understanding of enterprise service operations, field service workflows, and customer support ecosystems.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You are a customer-facing architect who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and emerging technology. You can understand complex business challenges, design Agentic AI solutions, orchestrate multiple AI agents, integrate enterprise systems, and drive successful production deployments that deliver measurable business impact.

You are equally comfortable engaging with executives in the boardroom, leading technical architecture discussions, and working alongside engineers to bring solutions to life.

Why Join Neuron7.ai?
  • Competitive salary, equity, and performance-based bonuses.

  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage.

  • Paid time off and parental leave benefits.

  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge Agentic AI and enterprise transformation initiatives.

  • Collaborate with a world-class team building the future of Service Intelligence.

  • Make a direct impact on how global enterprises adopt and scale AI.
